· All Mink Lashes are Hand made and not Machine manufactured, Lashes may vary sometimes in uniqueness due to this delicate process.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
· All orders are processed in the order they are received. High volume in orders such as sales or holidays can cause an extra day in delays in processing and shipping time. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days, but can take 1 to 3 days if order volumes are high. ORDERS DO NOT GET PROCESSED OR SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS AS USPS IS CLOSED AS WELL. Once processed on a week day, actual Shipping time is 2 to 4 days for USA.
REFUNDS
· ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
LOST AND RETURNED PACKAGES
· If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. Prestige Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, You personally must contact the United States Postal Service @ (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that Prestige Boutique LLC will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
